About World Trip Advisor

Practical guides for planning trips worldwide.

World Trip Advisor is a worldwide travel information website with destination guides, practical itineraries and planning advice. Our aim is to help readers make useful trip decisions: where to base themselves, how much time to allow, how to connect destinations and which details to verify before booking.

Who creates the guides?

The site is edited from Istanbul by a travel professional with experience in tourism, travel agency and incoming-tourism operations, including destination management. That work informs practical advice about itinerary pacing, transfers, group logistics and trip planning, particularly for Türkiye. It does not mean the editor has personally visited every destination covered here.

How we prepare travel information

We use AI-assisted drafting and editing alongside destination research. Research-based guides do not claim a first-hand visit unless that experience is explicitly identified. Our aim is to check changing details against the responsible authority and make the limits of each guide clear.

Each destination guide is intended to answer real planning questions, not simply list attractions. We combine practical trip-planning knowledge with destination-specific research, and aim to make the limits of advice clear.

  • For information that can change—such as entry rules, transport, access, schedules and fees—we prefer official government, destination, park or transport sources.
  • We distinguish operational experience from researched destination information and do not describe research as a first-hand visit.
  • We encourage readers to recheck time-sensitive details with the responsible authority or provider before travel.
  • We connect related guides and regional hubs so readers can continue planning across destinations.

Worldwide destination coverage

World Trip Advisor covers destinations across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania and Antarctica. Türkiye is one destination cluster within this global site.
